Ingredients
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp shallot, finely chopped
2 tsp honey
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp sea salt
Directions
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk or immersion blender until emulsified. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
