Ingredients
1 low-carb tortilla
2 oz mozzarella, grated
3 Tbsp marinara sauce
¼ tsp dried oregano
1 pinch crushed red pepper
8 slices pepperoni
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. Assemble pizza on a Silpat-lined baking sheet by spreading the marinara evenly over the tortilla. Add cheese and pepperoni then top with oregano and crushed red pepper.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until bubbly and browned. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
