Ingredients
2 tsp dry yeast
1¼ tsp sugar
6½ Tbsp water, warm
⅓ cup milk, warm
5 tsp vegetable oil
1¾ cup flour
1½ tsp salt
1 lb ground beef
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp oregano
1½ Tbsp dry onion flakes

Directions
In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and ¼ teaspoon sugar with ¼ cup warm water. After bubbles begin to form, add milk, oil, flour, and ½ tsp salt. Mix well, cover bowl with a kitchen towel, and transfer to a warm place, allowing it to rise.
Remove from the bowl and roll onto a well-oiled sheet pan. Preheat oven to 400°.
Brown ground beef and drain well. Add 1¼ teaspoon salt, tomato sauce, 3½ tablespoon water, garlic powder, oregano, 1 teaspoon sugar, and onion flakes, stir well to combine. Evenly spread seasoned meat over the dough and top with shredded cheese.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 or until the crust is a golden brown and the cheese has melted.
