for the salad
6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup sliced red onion
1 cup whole Pepperoncini
1 cup whole black olives
for the dressing
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix all vegetables and olives in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and spices until thoroughly combined. Pour dressing over salad, toss, and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
