Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp of flavoring (see chart)
2 Tbsp liquor/liqueur (see chart)
2 cups cold heavy cream
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk, flavoring, and liquor/liqueur. In a large bowl, beat cream on high with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
With a rubber spatula, gently fold whipped cream into condensed milk mixture. Pour into a glass or metal 4½ x 8½-inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm, 6 hours.
Note: Alcohol lowers the freezing point of liquids which helps you achieve and maintain a smooth, creamier texture.
