Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup water
2 Tbsp molasses
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp Hungarian paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground cumin
⅛ tsp ground cloves
¼ cup brown sugar
2 cloves mashed garlic
1 tsp coarsely ground cracked black pepper
Directions
In a sauce pot, add all ingredients and mix until well combined. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Cool completely in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or until thoroughly chilled. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
