Makes about 2½ cups
Ingredients
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp ketchup
1 cup water
⅓ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1½ Tbsp molasses
¾ tsp ground celery seed
½ tsp smoked salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until thickened.
