Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

½ cup cocoa powder (Hershey’s)
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp kosher salt

Directions

Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Add water and mix until blended. Bring  mixture to a boil over medium heat. Allow it to boil for one minute, stirring constantly, do not allow to boil over. Remove from heat.  

When cool, add vanilla and stir to combine. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate.
