Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
3 Tbsp cultured buttermilk
Directions
Thoroughly mix ingredients in a pint-sized glass jar, cover with a coffee filter, and affix with rubber band or metal jar band then leave in a warm area (about 70° to 75°) for 24 hours, or until thick. When desired thickness is attained, remove coffee filter and attach jar lid with band. Refrigerate for 24 hours before using for up to 1 to 2 weeks.
