Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream
juice of ½ to 1 lemon, or as needed
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh parsley, mined
1 tsp fresh dill, minced
½ tsp chives, minced
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Taste and add more lemon juice if needed.
Transfer to a covered container such as a tightly sealed quart jar and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
