Baked Bacon

Ingredients

8 oz sliced bacon

Instructions

Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil then spray a wire rack with non-stick cooking spray. 

Place bacon slices in a single layer on the rack; avoid overlapping slices.

Place sheet pan into a cold oven then turn it on to 400°.

Cook for about 15-20 minutes or longer, depending on the thickness of the bacon slices.

Once the desired level of crispiness has been reached, remove from oven and place on paper towels.

Serve or place in air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
