Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp kosher salt
1½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup prepared extra-hot horseradish
2 tsp yellow mustard
juice of one lemon
½ cup apple cider vinegar
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, prepared horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar then whisk to thoroughly combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed or pour into a quart Mason jar with lid. Stir, or shake if stored in a Mason jar, before serving. Works well as a marinade, basting sauce, or table (finishing) sauce.
