Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

2 lb green cabbage, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp celery seeds
½ cup carrots, grated
½ cup onions, finely minced

for the dressing
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp sugar

Directions

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl, adjust sugar as needed.

Shred cabbage, grate carrots, and mince onions then combine in a large mixing bowl. Add celery seeds, salt, and pepper then stir to combine.

Pour just enough dressing to moisten cabbage then toss to combine. Add more dressing if needed. Taste for seasoning. 

Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
