Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

1 (14 oz) bag Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Classic Stuffing
2⅓ cups chicken broth
5 Tbsp butter
1 onion, diced (about 1 cup)
2 stalks celery, diced (about 1 cup)
3 cups shredded rotisserie or roasted chicken
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
¼ cup crème fraîche
½ cup milk
1 cup cranberry sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Prepare Stuffing according to directions printed on package plus an additional ⅓ cup of broth.

Cut cooked chicken into small pieces then layer over the bottom of a 3-quart baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, crème fraîche (or sour cream), and milk. Pour mixture over chicken. Spread stuffing over top of chicken then top with spoonfuls of cranberry sauce

Bake uncovered in the center of a a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with chicken gravy.
